Ironwoman Elizabeth Coleman

Chances are, Elizabeth Coleman worked out more than you on Sunday, September 30.  Cheered on by some friends from SPS and FBR, Elizabeth competed in and finished the Ironman 70.3 Pocono Mountains.  Her splits included 41:13 in the swim, 3:06:51 on the bike and 2:19:00 for the 13.1 mile run, for a total of 6:18:20, good enough for 25th in her division and 660th overall.  When reached for comment, Elizabeth was reportedly too tired and wanted some food and drink instead.  Congratulations!
